Cancellation Policy
To ensure we can continue to offer free consultations while protecting our clinic time, we have implemented the following cancellation policy:

Consultation Appointments:

  • A £50 deposit is required when booking. This deposit will be fully refunded upon your arrival.

Treatment Bookings:

  • A 50% deposit of the total treatment cost is required to secure your booking.

  • Cancellation more than 48 hours before your appointment: No charge, deposit refunded.

  • Cancellation within 48 hours: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.

  • Cancellation within 24 hours: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.

Rescheduling:

  • If you cancel within 48 hours but rebook and attend within 7 days, no cancellation fee will apply.

  • If you cancel within 24 hours but rebook and attend within 7 days, only 50% of the treatment cost will be charged.​

We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we will do our best to accommodate changes.
